Shipping availability is confirmed at checkout based on your delivery address. If your country does not appear as an option at checkout, contact our support team and we will do our best to arrange international delivery for you.
2 How long does delivery take to my country?
Delivery times vary by destination. For most locations within Africa, orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days. For Europe, North America, and other international destinations, delivery usually takes 10–18 business days. All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation before shipping. Every order includes tracking so you can monitor your package from dispatch to delivery.
3 How do I track my order after it has been placed?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to the courier’s tracking page. Use this tracking number to monitor your delivery in real time. If you have not received your tracking details within 3 business days of ordering, please contact our support team with your order number and we will investigate and update you promptly.
